Since our launch in 2021, the team at Proyecto Orquesta Sinfonica de la Florida has worked tirelessly to promote music education in our community. We are fortunate to have volunteers and staff from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do. This is what enables us to achieve our goals year after year and make a significant impact in our community. PHILOSOPHY

At Proyecto Orquesta Sinfonica de la Florida, we take pride in being problem solvers who are not afraid to take risks. We believe that with boldness, creativity and heart, there is nothing we can’t accomplish. But above all, our strength lies in teamwork and our directors, Maestro Jhonny Mendoza and Neira Mendoza, who give their heart and soul for the good of the organization and its members. Each and every one of us has the capability to contribute no matter their experience or background. With this strength behind us, just imagine what we can achieve together.

MISSION

Our mission is to disseminate music education and promote a multicultural approach to build an inclusive community. Enrich cultural programs through music training in our new generation of children and young. adults.

VISION

Our vision is to cultivate the cultural art of music in children and young adults by applying "El Sistema" of children's and youth orchestras of Venezuela which motto has been "Tocar y luchar".

Build an image of the multicultural musician in the city of Miami, Florida with versatility while preserving music education in the new generation.
